It's getin' hot here...

Heeey Everybody!!!!

Back in Melbourne now. After 3 days of driving we're back. And damn it's hot. Don't know how hot but so hot that you transpirate even from thinking...
Because there are always some people who wants to know what we did. I'll tell you. we drove the great ocean road. well. christine drove I sat in the back in ingrid in the front. Which was perfect. Ingrid could chat as much as she wanted and I sat bakc and relaxed. :) and everytime i looked out the window there was a great view! lady's and gentleman if you look at the tight you see sea and rocks. but if you look at the left you can see cute guys in cars. Guess what? yeah... we saw a lot of cute guys and a lot of sea and rocks. We even made pictures. Of the rocks of course. we totally forgot to make pictures of the guys. and also it might have looked at bit weird making pictures of guys at a scenic look out. We have been "pootje baden" near by the apostles. swimming was a bit dangerous because of all the rips. we did think about it. but after 3 signs with people drowning in whirlpools and watch out strong currents and rips. Swimming not recommended. we kind of changed our mind. so we only walked into the water. AFter the swimming we tried to watch the sunset at the lighthouse. that would have been fantastic and was highly recommended in the lonely planet. Yeah. It WOULD have been really nice. but somebody had closed the gate to the look out. but our ride wasn't worthless because we bumped in to a koala and the cute guy we saw before (and the only one we actually did make a picture of)unfortenly this guy was after christine and they had been following each other all day. the german guy brought us tho his camping to see even more koala's. (but we knew it was for other reasons as well when he sais he could make us dinner and we could sleep at the camping aswell) yeah right. of course we saw the cute koala's and then we left. :)
We hadn't really eaten all day (only breakfast) so we were really hungry and we decidede to go to an real restaurant. just to spoil our selve. Christine and I (daphne) made a great choice and really enjoyed our dinner. Ingrid had chosen some grose cheasar salad.(don't know why she would chose a grose salad but whatever) and I walked into a door. some stupid glass thing which was way to clean to see it. felt like one of these poor little birds flying into glasses. WE did have a great laugh about it later though. but at the moment it didn't feel good. the next day is up to ingrid to tell. because she really really enjoyed that day. (she of course should have listened to Daphne...)


Daphne

Hello Sweetdutch people,

I got sunburned. But Daphne told me this after it happend. So it had no use listening to her. Got to say Daphne has taken really good care of me. To help me put on cream and put my shirt on becouse is HURTS. I even have blisters on my sholder. So the second day was fun! I was burned and stayed almost the whole day in the car. Then Cristine and Daphne went swimming and I would be somewhere in the shade.
But we got cursed at! There was a Koala on the road. So we stopped to get him of (so cute!) This was at some curve by a mountain but we were warning people to slow down. As soon as the koala left some angry guy came an started jelling. This was not so nice. But we helped the Koala. :)
Tomorrow we are going to Adelaid. We had a nice plan and ride to Perth. But these girls cancelled today (were planning on leaving tomorrow but what the hell). So our plans for know is going to Adelaide. After this we will see.
I tried cooking yesterday. So far Daphne has done this. Becouse she would do her laundry I thought I will help (by preparring the food). Met someone in my room and he was going to eat with us. I would cook he would help a bit. Roman (guy from room) can cook really good. I started of great! But as soon as that I found out you should clean rice (yeah sure) and that you should first boil the broccoli (this i believe). Somehow I kept on doing less and less (Roman said that it could wait, after a minute he would do it him self, so weird). So I think I will be keep on doing the dishes, or try and find someone to do it for me :)
